Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Service Team. Working in a collaborative team environment, this individual will be responsible for building relationships with business-to-business customers, entering orders, providing information and quotes, and providing the overall high quality service that customers have come to expect from Hubbardton Forge.

Qualifications:

• A customer service mindset and proven customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to creatively solve technical problems
• Proven interpersonal savvy and the ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships
• Excellent ability to contribute to a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer aptitude, including word processing, spreadsheet, and order entry/contact management systems
