Job Description
The Director of Design is responsible for developing and implementing a creative strategy and execution that ensures that quality, artistry and design are the brand drivers that will continue to set Hubbardton Forge apart from its competition in profitability, innovation and industry leadership.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Together with the CEO and marketing, establish a vision for the aesthetic positioning of the company.
• Research the competitive business situation and current consumer brand perceptions and expectations in order to design new strategies to build, retain or enhance Hubbardton Forge’s leadership role in the industry.
• Participate with senior management in the review and update and implementation of the marketing plan.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on all trade shows and showrooms, working together to maximize brand identity while executing the marketing plan.
• Manage the Hubbardton Forge Design Team.
