PROGRAMMER ANALYST

Job Description
Programmer Analyst will work as part of the MIS team with all departments and computer users to improve processes and systems. He/She will analyze business objective and review system and process options in an effort to increase understanding and/or achieve specific business objectives. He/She will be a member of, or lead project teams as needed to facilitate the needs and objectives of the company. Focus will be on teamwork, efficiency and customer (internal and external) service.

Preferably, the successful candidate will possess the following:

• Experience with Dreamweaver, Cold Fusion, and/or MS Access
• Experience working with order management systems, SQL Server, and database driven websites
• 2-3 Years of relevant experience
• 4-year degree

The successful candidate MUST possess the following:

• Solid teamwork and communications skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organization skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks
• Demonstrated project management skills, including an ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
• Customer service mindset and proven customer service skills
